Tuesday nights, join HANA in a complete body conditioning class including multi-directional movement, strength, cardio, core, coordination, balance and flexibility. This dynamic and flowing class is designed to improve your overall fitness and shape your body to work effectively and functionally for your everyday life. You will experience the best of both worlds with a 45 min total body dynamic workout followed by a 15 min soothing fascial release cool down. A variety of fitness equipment will be used to stimulate your physical and mental body and encourage your fitness conditioning to continue to be challenged from week to week. All levels are welcome.
