By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Waiver of Liability for Online Streaming Classes:
By accessing or using the online streaming classes offered by Hana Weinwurm or Hana Health, you agree to the following statement:
“I understand that as a function of online fitness instruction Hana Weinwurm is unable to monitor individual participants for signs of undue physical exertion and/or physical stress. I have no medical conditions that create an undue risk of harm from engaging in strenuous physical activities. I agree that by participating in this online fitness instruction I am undertaking to self monitor my levels of physical exertion and accepting any and all risk involved in following Hana Weinwurm’s directions. And I hereby waive any right I may have at law to sue Hana Weinwurm personally or their company Hana Health in regards to any and all alleged negligence in their instruction.”
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hana Health and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Hana Health.
Hana Health has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Termination
